The new complex “Aesthetic Villas” is under construction and it will be completed in 2025.

It consists of four villas with areas ranging from 153 sq.m. to 163 sq.m. All of them are spacious, sunny, self-contained with private garden and private pool (24-27 sq.m.). The design of the swimming pools and gardens lends a special style to the whole complex with the autonomy and independence of the residences in mind

Each residence consists of a basement, ground floor and attic. Each of them has a total of 5 spacious bedrooms. Two are in the attic, one on the ground floor and two in the basement. Also, each residence has 4 bathrooms. Two are in the attic, one on the ground floor and one in the basement. 2 parking spaces are available for each house. At the end of the project, the solar water heater is in full operation, as well as the air conditioning and alarm system. They have been factory pre-installed for heat pump heating and pre-installed for security cameras.

The properties are in the center of Chanioti, right at the entrance of the village. They are only 10 minutes (420m.) from the sea on foot. All have a unique view of the sea, the mountain and the city. The design will be modern in earthy colors and natural materials.
