The new complex ‘Petrino Complex’ is located in Pefkohori, Halkidiki and is completed in July 2024. It was designed by our architectural team in order to offer unique comfort and functionality.
The complex consists of different buildings, each of which consists of a maisonette on the basement and ground floor levels and a second one on the first floor and in the attic of the building. The area of the maisonette of the 1st floor is 111 m².
The residence of the 1st floor – loft apartment consists of two levels, floor and attic. The maisonette has 2 spacious bedrooms in the 2nd floor and 2 bathrooms, one on each level. The living room is located on the first floor and has a view of the garden and the city. One parking space is available in front of the buildings. In full operation there is a solar panel on the roof, air conditioning, alarm. There is also pre-installation for heating and pre-installation for security cameras for each house separately.
The properties are only 5 minutes (480 m) from the sea. The main architectural element of the buildings is stone as the buildings are made of stone. This is the reason for the name of the complex. The modern style based on earthy colours and natural materials is something that makes it stand out.
