The new complex is currently under construction and will be completed in 2026. It was designed by our architectural team to offer unique comfort and functionality.

It consists of 6 villas with areas ranging from 153 sq.m. to 163 sq.m. All villas are spacious, sunny, with private garden and private pool (27-29 sq.m.). The design of the pools gives a continuity and a special style to the whole complex.

Each villa consists of a basement, ground floor and attic. Each of them has 4 spacious bedrooms, two of which are located in the basement and the other two on the first floor. Also, each house has 3 bathrooms, one on each floor. There is parking for 3 cars each, solar water heater, pre-installation for heat pump heating and pre-installation for security cameras. The cooling and alarm system is also delivered to the site.
