The ‘Villas on the hill’ complex has been completed in 2022. It was designed by our architectural team to offer unique comfort and functionality.

It consists of 6 villas whose areas vary from 160 sq.m to 175 sq.m. All residences are spacious, sunny, with private garden and private pool (24-27m2). The design of the pools gives a continuity and a special style to the whole complex.

Each villa consists of a basement, ground floor and attic. Each of them has 4 spacious bedrooms, two of which are located in the basement and the other two on the first floor. Also, each house has 3 bathrooms, one on each floor. The basements have natural ventilation and lighting through the balcony openings called ‘curacle’.

The properties are only 10 minutes (270m.) from the sea. All have a unique view of the sea, the mountain and the city. The design will be modern in earthy colors and natural materials, dominated by white stone.
