The “Villas on the Hill” complex, completed in 2022, was entirely designed and built by Spargias Group construction company. The complex includes 6 luxury villas, ranging from 160 sq.m. to 175 sq.m., just 270 meters from the beach.

Our experienced architectural team designed the complex with a focus on comfort and functionality. All villas offer stunning views of the sea, mountains and surrounding town. Also, the placement and design of the pools create a seamless flow throughout the complex, adding a distinctive aesthetic to the entire complex.

Each maisonette-style villa features a basement, ground floor and attic, with 4 spacious bedrooms — 2 in the basement and 2 on the upper floor. The villas also have 3 bathrooms, one on each level.
